Every order is carefully packed by hand and shipped using Chilltainers via NZ Couriers, ensuring it arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition. To maintain freshness and prevent damage, we include ice packs, wrap the contents securely, and use crumpled newspaper to fill any gaps in the box, reducing the risk of movement during transit.

Chilltainers are proudly made in New Zealand from specialised corrugated cardboard, laminated with an impermeable reflective metallised polyester. This innovative thermal packaging is designed to keep the internal temperature cold for up to 48 hours. The reflective material not only ensures excellent insulation but also reflects sunlight and heat away from the box, maintaining the ideal conditions for your order.

As an eco-friendly alternative to polystyrene (EPS), Chilltainers are composed of approximately 95% paper fibre, delivering exceptional performance without costing the earth.
