We are absolutely committed to making New Zealand’s most delicious bacon. Thomsons Danish back bacon is a cut of bacon that includes the pork loin from the back of the pig. It may also include a portion of the pork belly in the same cut. It is much leaner than side bacon.
Thomsons Danish back bacon is very versatile and can be used to add flavour to any meal. And of course, it is the cornerstone of any good breakfast!
Our Danish back bacon is naturally wood smoked and cured.
Made in New Zealand using local and imported product.
Shingled and vacuum packed.
